By accessing and using Cars and Cigars Tx, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

terms and Conditions to Ticket

1. Admission
This ticket is a revocable license to attend the event stated on the front. Entry is subject to venue capacity, security screening, and compliance with venue rules.

2. No Resale Above Face Value
Tickets may not be resold. Unauthorized resale may result in cancellation without refund.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except in the case of event cancellation.  In the event of cancellation, the organizer will provide ticket holder credit for rescheudled event,

4. Event Changes
The event organizer reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel the performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, safety concerns, or artist illness.

5. Security & Prohibited Items
Attendees are subject to bag checks and security screenings. The following are prohibited: weapons, illegal substances, outside food and drinks, recording devices, and any items deemed unsafe by security.

6. Photography & Recording
By entering, you grant the event organizer the right to use your likeness in photographs, video, and other media for promotional purposes without compensation.

7. Assumption of Risk
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to attending the event, including personal injury, illness, or property loss.

8. Removal from Event
The organizer reserves the right to remove any person whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates venue policies, without refund.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
